Ideal candidate will perform an array of office and client-serving duties, including:
• monitoring and ordering of office supplies;
• drafting correspondence;
• answering phone calls and taking messages;
• scheduling and organizing meetings;
• managing client information (updating CRM);
• preparing necessary paperwork for investment and retirement account transactions;
• preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly client reports;
• troubleshooting problems and serving as liaison between financial advisors and clients; and
• communicating with clients, either verbally and/or in writing, regarding portfolio holdings and transactions.
