Job Description:

We’re seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our Cross Plains Motor Bank team! CSR’s provide prompt, efficient, helpful, courteous service to all customers and associates and process all transactions following security/compliance guidelines, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. In addition, CSR’s seek opportunities to provide additional products and services to customers wherever possible to build profitable customer relationships.

Hours for this position will be 3:30pm - 6:15pm, Monday-Friday, and Saturday 8:45am-12:15pm (1 Saturday off a month). Additional hours may occasionally be required to help meet the needs of the customer.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrated problem solving skills, strong organizational skills, general accounting knowledge/math skills, a willingness to participate in community functions, and an ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner. Previous banking experience or cash handling experienced is a plus.
